The Holy Grail in Birmingham

For centuries, people have been fascinated by the Holy Grail, the cup rumoured to have caught the blood of Christ. Now, the Holy Grail may be within your reach in this puzzle tour through Birmingham. Start your quest!

A special quest for your company outing

Download the special app onto your iPhone (App Store) or Android phone (Google Play Store). You’ll receive a code to start your own version of the game on your smartphone. Each team member gets their own version of the game on their own phone, so there’s no need to share a single phone with an entire group.
The app shows where you are on the Birmingham city map. The map also shows red pointers, which are the city’s highlights. If you come within 15 meters of one of these highlights, the app shows a question about it or a riddle. By answering the questions and solving the riddles, you will get closer to find out where the Holy Grail is hidden. You will also discover interesting highlights in Birmingham.

Play individually or in teams

The Search for the Holy Grail can be played alone, but is most fun when played in groups of 4 to 6 people. Head out with your friends or colleagues and answer the questions in the quiz as best you can. Do you want to take a break, for example, to sit down for a drink at an outdoor café? No problem, just pause the app! At the end of the game compare your scores to see who has won!
